Purchase a Powell model 993-693 "mission style "Mission Oak" TV stand back in May 08. One of two draw fronts arrived damaged. Called Powell per packing and assemble instructions on June 5th 2008. After many calls and many excuses still no idea when or if I will ever have a complete unit (Dec 11, 2008)
