Jean Powell fail to deliver on all payments on settlement agreement made with me Aug.21,2006 (Recourse Mediation Services 520 Mendocino Ave.Suite225 Santa Rosa,Ca.95401 707-525-8545).I went back to small claims and filed for the balance of $800.00.Received Judgment of $850.00 (case # 172287) also I'm requesting for $30.00 that I paid to the Sonoma County Sheriff"s Department.to serve a writ of execution to Mrs. Powell bank that she closed.I've call Mrs. Powell about 20 time with no result.
