Placed orded three different times. Myorder was canceled twice without notification from company. Customer service was very, very rude. Did not seem to care that as a customer, I am keeping them gainfully employed. I think if Jack knew, he would clean house and start over with fresh courteous employees. To this day I do not know the status of my order and can't find out online, because this function is screwed up as well!
