I purchased a power steering pump which my mechanic installed on a Saturday but the pump was defective and didn't work. He put the job on hold. I called Burnaby auto parts sunday and they were closed. I needed my vehicle back so I told my mechanic to go ahead and get me another power steering pump and I'll return the one I bought from burnaby auto parts. I called them on monday only to be told that I could only get a credit. That was their policy which is not stated anywhere on the invoice, nor was I ever told. The manager went on to say that it's just business and if he returned my money, he'd be losing out on a sale. My invoice was for $442 which is alot of money. On top of not getting my cash back, he was very rude. Not very good customer service. Buyer Beware. Do not deal with Burnaby Auto Parts!
