I did not receive the fan spray head when I got my Water Jet. I have already sent a in a filled form for receiving a damaged box and missing head mailed on 9-23-09. I then got a reply back that they had received my form and would send the part I was missing-fan spray head. As of now, I still have not received nothing at all.
