ordered goods as advertised. paid with visa .order was acknowledged charged thru Clickbank .<br />
then from clickbank thru Visa.to date no goods have been recieved. have contacted Visa to <br />
stop payment but was informed they"re hands were tied due to a third party (clickbank)<br />
being involved. have I been scammed or is there a next step?
