Cyberlink's software updates can't keep up with newer blu-ray discs. There is no way to contact their customer support even by because the software was bundled and pre-installed by Dell. Dell doesn't know how to fix it. So I have a $3, 000 computer that can play a blu-ray movie and can't get any support. I am so tired of being screwed over by software companies that sell you something and then won't provide any support.I will look for other software and won't use CYBERLINK products.
