PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FREE SAMPLE!! They take your credit card number for free sample and then ship you automatic shipments for $89.51 a couple weeks after. There was no notification that this was to be done (they say the terms are on the website and I didn't see them or sign anything agreeing to this) and they sign you up for FIT FACTORY and PRICE LIMBO without your consent. They are not refunding my money for product I DID NOT ORDER!! I have a dispute going with VISA on this charge. I talked to 5 different people as nice as possible and 3 disconnected me. BEWARE!!! I was given a different address than the one above and customer service manager "Le" would not tell me name of company for "security purposes". I kid you not! THIS IS FRAUD!!!

The same happened to me. I had ordered the free trial of the acaiberry and the powerflush 500, but as I was browsing the internet I realized that it was a scam so I sent an e-mail to power500 canceling the order and I called the fulfillment on the following day. They sent me the product any way which I returned on the same day I received without opening.It was within the 14 days free trial.

I should have charges just for both shipments. When I received my credit card statement I realized that there was 4 charges, one from Hydra pharmaceuticals of $3.95, one from acaiberry of $4.99, one from CRH price savers of $8.51 and $89.31 from shapemybo. I believe all these companies are the same. When I called the shapemybo at 1877-2819432. I was unable to talk with a supervisor, after a few minutes of a word game with the guy on the phone he said he would refund be $70 dollars because that is all he could authorized.

I accepted the $70 dollars and ask to speak with the supervisor so he could authorized the remaining $19.31. Well, the supervisor never came. I had called my credit card company trying to block any charge, prior to the charge, but my credit card stated that they could not block charges. I called my credit card company again after I saw the charges and I am fighting the charges, I also had my card canceled and order another one as I think this company will continue charging things in my credit card. I doubt I will get the refund from their free will.
