‎5 times visited powerhouse at St. James Powerhouse, felt it was wonderful!!the 6th time that i went, i was absolutely taken aback by the the worst behaviour ever existing in the hospitality history, seemed like being spoken to with much disgrace by Adam, a server at the ladies special bar was not enough that abusing and hitting terribly tur...ned out to be a complementary act and that too without any kind of disrespectful contribution from my end was an absolute pity..just a simple question asked, ''buddy, y is it taking so much time'' reply from adam y the fuck do you care..its freee!! reminding about how he should be talking to his customers was a small contribution from my end and the rest hopefully remains history, forget the fact that the least that would be expected out of Adam or the Manager is an apology but instead Adam happened to blame it on me that I physically abused him and the witness around turned hostile, totally a disgrace and changed my opinion about a lot of people in Singapore. I am hurt, ashamed and embaressed as there was not even a pinch of guilt among any of them. At the end of the day I am just another student who wants to study here and go back where I came from. All that i can do is just share it with you. I dont intend to take away anybodys job nor intend to have any salary cuts. This place has turned me into quite a cynic..all the best aziz and patrick with your employees..if they could not respect their customers, i hope they are able to respect you
