This PowerMed Discount company (thru Atomic Processing) debited my mother's ck. acct. on 10-4-10 for $389.00 for a "renewal med. discount service". I disputed this charge and was told by Atomic Processing Company on 10-8-10 that my mother's ck. acct. would be refunded in 10-15 days. What is my re-course? Regions Bank required my mother's hold harmless signature against an account that has been compromised by these scam companies. Therefore, the bank will not re-fund my mother. I don't believe this company can continue to do this to the elderly!!!
