Hello,

I took my bike for service at Pratibha Motors, showroom of Hero Honda for periodic service 20th Feb 2010 during day time.

Complaint again Hero Honda showroom
1. My Bike was taken but for service and they 3 hours to service it.
2. After 1 week of service it started giving various LOUD sounds and vibration could be felt in paddles of the bike. I went again they did something and said there is nothing in the bike. But I could feel huge difference in sounds. They were not even bothered to look into the matter properly since it was free service.
3. When I made the payment for oil change and labor charges they charged me 2% extra since I made the payment from credit card, though this is against Bank Norms.


Now I don’t trust hero Honda showroom, please suggest what to do?
Where I should take my bike, so that it runs as it was with less sound.

My driving habit is normal, I dont take my bike abobe 45-50 kmph speed .

Kindly address my issue and tell what to do?
