I have file 2010 tax return through IBSN . It was a paper filing and it has been 6 weeks I did not get refund . there is no update in IRS site that they received my tax returns.

Tried to contact IBSN but there is no response . Not sure if they are bankrupt or is it some kind of fraud. I am just writing if some one could respond and help me in this regard.
