sent in a Panasonic Lumix digital camera to replace LCD with the belief that it will be done in two days as told by its website estimate. According to Fedex record, the camera got to PCVR on 8:30 am May 13. I called on May 22, I was told the camera was logged into its system on May 19. the customer service is terrible. Now I hope it will get repaired properly.
