I signed up with Precision Pest Management in June 2008 for a year's worth of pest management and rodent management. They then show up three months later saying that I need to renew my rodent management service for $250 when I had just paid them in June. Even though I have the paperwork to prove that I paid for both services in June they said they had made a mistake and they were only supposed to sign me up for pest management service and not the rodent management. Since they lied to me I told them to cancel my service. When I asked for a refund for the remainder of my service they said they couldn't do that but would instead charge me $125 for their visit. In addition to ripping off their customers they also verbally abuse them. The guy I spoke with was practically yelling at me and being very threatening!
