These guys are unethical, unprofessional, unreliable and outrageously expensive.

We called and scheduled to have them remove ice and snow from our roof. First, they did not show up till four hours later than scheduled. We called and inquired status but they had shady explanations for their delays and hung up on us few times. Then they showed up, checked out our house and drove away! When we called their boss and after they returned, the $425 job became a $2, 200 job. They said their rate was $200 per hour per man (while many others we called charge $50 per hour).

When we tried to talk to them and negotiate something more reasonable, their boss just hung up on us again. They knew that we had water coming into our home and desperately needed help, and they were determined to exploit that. Unfortunately to find someone else to schedule snow and ice removal, we lost few more precious days.

Avoid these guys. There are a lot of decent and more professional people out there to help you, why settle for such shady outfits.
