i was charged 9.99 twice on my cell phone bill for subscriptions that i didnt sign up for. i was sent text messages that said i wouldnt be charged and i was charged anyway. that is 20 dollars added to my cell bill that i shouldnt have to pay. i feel that it is predicto mobil's responsibility to remove the charges from my bill.
