At the moment of purchasing the panthera chamelion we had not been informed that the animal has a problem with the mouth. We notice later on and went back to the store. Just then they explained the problem. We tried to return the animal, but they told us that we can not have a refund, so they gave us a store cradit wich we don't really happy to have.
