We live in the Estates of Auburndale, and are currently experiencing the nightmare of having Premier Community Managers oversee our HOA. They are the most unethical so-called "business" this community has had the displeasure of dealing with. The neighborhood actually has a popular networking site page where Gary House's rude, nasty letters are posted, along with stories of mistreatment and corruption. A quick Google search will prove that we are NOT in the minority. So I doubt the sincerity of the only 2 positive posts we can find who "coincidentally" use the SAME positive verbiage to describe them. A quick check with the local BBB will show you their "F" rating. Enough said
