I applied the Medicaid from the government. At the moment, Agent Travis representing Premier Health Care called in. I thought that he was from the government and did not know that he was for Premier Health Care at that time. I turned in my checking account and address information. Afterward, I kept receiving the emails requiring our e-signitures. I realized that it was a scam when I was earged to sign. I read the paper carefully and did not sign any paper. I thought it was just over. Today I found that the total $ 583 was charged by the American Trade Association-SDS. I saved e-signature email and found that I was asked to sign on Sep. 17 but I was already charged on Sep. 16. Now I realize why Travis earged me to sign on Sep. 17 when I told him I won't check my email until afternoon.

Today I called both Premier Health Care and American Trade Association but there is no one actually dealing with refund issue. They transferred my calls again and again. Until now, I still do not know the relationship between Premier Health Care and American Trade Association. But I am sure Premier Health Care and ATA are liars!!!
