When I bought invetment properties from them. They were supposed to fix up the properies that I bought, but they didn't. They pur tenant without screening. I had to evice the tenant. When i changed a management company. They refused to hand over the keys. They are the worst realtors. they lie a lot. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
