After receiving my approval of the specs and terms, plus the requested down payment, the building plans (without my knowledge) were not submitted for fabrication, and 10 weeks later when I inquired about a delivery date, I was told they had not even started and the prices had gone up 5%. Giveaway Buildings who sold the product and Premier Steel who provides the building are both fully aware and non responsive.
