I just discovered I have been billed $17.23 on my Verizon phone bill for about 20 months for a service I never requested. How can a company get away with this? What is my recourse to recover from this company? When I try calling the number given to me for Premium Long Distance I get a busy signal all the time.

I am getting charges that I haven't signed up for. I don;t need long distance, I have a freakin cell phone.
And I am sick of AT & T allowing this shit
