In June 2009 we joined a tour group who had planned a tour through Premium Travel. The trip was appealing as it consisted of the two destinations : Egypt and Israel- that we most wanted to undertake. We paid R30 000-00 for my wife and I. The tour group eventually reached more than 20 with excitement running high as most of us are retired and or pensioned and looking forward to our first religious tour.

The Itenarary has since been changed twice without consultation or notice and no clear indication of accomodation to date, despite numerous requests. Last week we found out that the Tour will only comprise of the trip to Israel and NOT Egypt - at no change to the full cost (aleady paid).

Mr Zulu has avoided explanations in this regard and is evasive in answering to details on the trip. This has clouded the trust in the agency and shrouded this trip in doubt.

In order to make good of a bad situation, we have had to incur further costs and days to visit Egypt. No one seems to be able to get proper answers from this agent and all monies have already been paid.
