I fell into this scam also. I was called by bank asking if this was a fraudlent charge. I received a product assuming it was the free sample that they said you get. I called and cancelled the contract as soon as I realized what was going on. I had no idea I needed to call another company in additon to them to cancel. I assusmed that the product I received was a free sample. Next month my account was charged 86.93. I called the number that was on my checking account 1-877-594-7850 very upset. They told me I had to send the product back to get my refund and I only had till the 14th to do so. I got address from them and sent the product back immediatly. This was on the 9th of december. I kept calling about the refund and they told me that they never received the product and I would not be getting my refund. I did not have a tracking # so there was no way to follow up on it. I have not received as returned mail so I pretty sure that they got it. It cost me postage plus the 86.93 they charged to my account. Is there anyway I can get my refund.?
