Airtel is a lousy service provider. They make money just by selling the prepaid sim card to the agents. The agents are incharge of collecting document. Once the service provider gets the signal they will not request any detail with the agent rather they will disconnect ur outgoing services .

I think and request all not to bur airtel better service for little more money with vodaphone
