My name is S. Sreekumar from Kerala and my customer # is 51903. I have been dealing with
M/s Prasanth Gas Agencies, Chertalla, Alappuzha District.

In recent time, the agent is taking 3 to 4 weeks time to deliver the re-fill pack. Upon askig they are saying that the delay is due to short supply from Bharatgas. Is it true?.

Could you please advise me this 3 to 4 weeks time is justifiable?. If not, can you check with the agent and do the needfull.

Also please advise me when can I get a second cyllinder, as my registration date is 28/12/2005.
