prescription fraud Reviews

December 2, 2007
false billing of $149.95 for an unautharized charge
I opened my door and there was a small box on the ground. I recognized the nams and peeped inside to see 2 large bottles of diet pills. My mother took it back to the post office and was advised to return it as "refused". I immediately checked my visa card and found i was billed $149.95. I called Visa and told them all and they removed all charges pertaining to this. I waited for a form to arrive by mail and found it finally the other day. I had to leave for a planned vacation and didn't get the form done until now. I again called Visa only to find I was rebilled for not sending completed form promptly. They will not refund any fees until completion of form. It seems to me the burden of this ordeal should lie on the feet of the dishonest company to show Visa an order form with my o.k. on it! Mark R.
