I called to get an estimate to have our septic tank pumped and was give a quote over the phone from preston's plumbing of $95-$120 and I then made an appointment and at that time the guy on the phone asked me no other information and just quoted me a price, but when he came to our house and pumped the tank he told us it was $330 and where he got that figure. I don't know - my husband told him what he had quoted over the phone and he told us since we have two 550 gallon tanks. It was $330 to pump (mind you he told us this after the job was done) lets just say we were furious - if that is the price i don't mind paying - what bothered me was being quoted one price and charged another. You just have to love the saying on their ad too - honesty is our policy - right!
