We have been using Preventive Pest Control for a couple of years now (my sister referred them to me) and have been extremely impressed with their outstanding customer service. We use them by-monthly for insect spraying and also used them to ‘critter-proof’ our house. Everyone has always been very professional, competent, and very knowledgeable. For any household having issues with mice in their garage, I highly recommend having them put on the garage door sweep – it really works! We have not had a mouse issue there since installation and it’s been a couple years. However, mice can be very tricky and even though we no longer had problems in the rest of our house, they would still periodically get into our office on the 2nd floor.

Preventive Pest was very responsive and made 4 service calls trying different things to see if we could correct the problem – all at no charge! This last time, they finally found the source of entry…they were getting in through the pro-panel roof! They insulated underneath the panels and fixed the problem – no more mice!

On a side note, Alan asked me to mention this – we live in Eldorado, a community in the country outside Santa Fe where mice are notoriously a problem. It is very common for them to eat the wires under the hood of cars and cause a lot of damage that is very expensive to repair. They like closed in spaces and will eat anything – especially wires! Since both of our cars are always parked outside, we use a 6 inch thick wood block to hold up our car hoods and that solves the problem because it is no longer an enclosed area. For additional protection, you can also stick a light under the hood.

I have referred Preventive Pest Control to 4 different households and everyone is just as pleased as we are with the exceptional service and knowledge of this company. Don’t even THINK about going anywhere else for all your pest control needs!]
