As far as invoice #, I don't have one because I never received any product from this company. I had made an online order from this company's website on 8/19/04 to purchase a Canon Pro1 digital camera. Later that day or on the next, we received a telephone call saying that the camera was not in stock, when in fact their website said it was in stock, and that they did not know when the camera would be available. They said they would issue a credit for the amount charged to our credit card. On 8/20/04, a credit was posted to our credit card account, however on 8/24/04, another charge for the exact amount was posted to our credit card again. And now, we have tried calling and emailing this company, with no success. Looks as though they have closed up shop; they have stolen from us and who knows how many other people they have done this to. What frauds!
