I viewed the site online with 100 free bids and it ask for credit card so i did that and was charged $75.75 which i looked up and that is the price for 125 bids. When I called to confront them they tried to assure me that i had 100 bids but they are not free i had to pay for them and that the money is non-refundable, but if i used all my bids and did not won they would give me more bids no charge. I have won two times on this site and i have yet to see the product, but the cost was withdrawn off of my charge card. I have emailed customer service many times, i have called and the machine says" a rep with answer in the order received" after 1minute 43 seconds the line disconnects. I have called using two different phones at the same time and the same happens. I still have 110 bids and do not plan on using them and looking to refunded. These people are a SCAM.
