Pricegrabber told me to " Go F%#@ My Hand" after SL Sales would not respond.Stay away from Pricegrabber.at least EBAY gives some protection and Cust service !

PriceGrabber and their vendor just ripped me off on the purchase of an electronic device, a Sirius boombox. I purchased the unit after searching Pricegrabber, it arrived and did not work, I notified the vendor and he ignored my request for a refund. Pricegrabber recommended that I contact the vendor again, I was ignored, and then suggested filing in their Fraud protection system which is an absolute joke.

Pricegrabber is a member of Better Business Bureau but has vendors who have F rating and I got ripped off by one. Further, Pricegrabber has a "Fraud Protection Program". The problem is that they have 1000s and 1000s of vendors and their search engine does not work. So it would take days to scroll through their list to file a complaint. Everybody be warned and careful buying anything from these people.
