I placed an order through Price USA for a computer part. I was told the order was placed but it did not arrive for nearly 2 weeks. After 3 weeks Price USA contacted me and told me that the item was out of stock, even though the store told me otherwise. I received a refund but they charged me a $5 cancellation fee, as if I was the one that cancelled the order! I ordered it through another website and received it within two weeks. Better to deal with a professional company than a one-person show, I see now
