Pride Home Care (Pride Home Projects) undertook a major paint job at my residence. They gave a firm verbal agreement that they would return to do a number of 'touch ups' both to parts of the outside paint job and to the sitting room area inside, where they had left a wall in two different paint colours (not according to spec)! They gave dates to return to fix & finish the job on no less than 4 different occasions, two of these by SMS. During one of my calls to them to try and get them to commit, they even said that they had already bought the paint. But they failed to return. They had been paid the contract price in full. I am now left to correct their unacceptable workmanship at my own further cost. In my opinion these guys talk a good job but do not have the professionalism and customer commitment to carry it through. A catchphrase on their website says 'Pride is the hallmark of our excellence'. No pride can be claimed in this particular job!
