We have been sending faxes and phoning for over six months to try and have medical bills paid over to the doctors. The medical aid has no reason to pay but are so pathetic and don't bother to return your calls or do their jobs. The doctors have taken legal action against me because they have not received their payments from the medical aid. Primecure is pathetic and needs a shake-up.
