I purchased a travel membership from this this companyand their travel provider for $697 their customer service was non existent and I was never able to access a vacation! I complained as was my right to do so as a consumer .I had also read about serious allegations concerning David Pollock the CEO travel provider which I wanted to check out . When I enquired as to the truth of these allegations I was threatened with a lawsuit and banned from using my membership . I have tried to reason with Rob Hannley the CEO of Primo vacations however to no avail Steer cleer !
