This company must have the worst customer service on this planet. It takes almost an hour every time you call them and if you say anything they don't like, they will hang up on you. They have a blacklist of customers they don't want to talk to so when you call them, after you sit on the phone for almost an hour, when your time comes up, it automatically hangs up on you.

They have defrauded a lot of customers by claiming to have unlimited ADSL internet access. Their service is PPOE and your internet is not unlimited. They also throttle your internet speed to discourage people from downloading on their service. If you try to download media over their service, they cut your speed down to nothing. If you want to download music or movies or any large files off the internet, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
