Principal Life insurance recently changed their Claims mailing address for dental insurance with out notifying anyone or providing new identification cards. I had to hear it from my employees that their claims kept getting sent back to the dentist saying wrong address. I called Principal to confirm that they did indeed change their claims mailing address for dental claims and they said they did. I asked if they were going to send out new identification cards, they said no. I requested that they send out new cards and they said no again. Too expensive they say. Well they should of thought about that before changing their address in the middle of the year. That seems illegal, not to notify the employer or the members of that change, therefore no claims get paid unless you call and ask for their address?
