These people are nuts, I logged into my account and 2 orders I placed in 2009 were never shipped out to us but show in their records, the most unprofessional owner that got on the phone yelling at me to call my credit card company tells me they have no record but yet I printed this all out of my account on their website, then she tells me they bought the company this march, so what! How do I know they are not one and the same owner! Do yourself a favor shop Amazon for your OKI needs!!!
