I purchased 4 ink cartridges from print pal, I put them in my printer, and a few days later I went to use the printer, and it didn't print.
I opened the printer, and found the black ink cartridge empty, and the magenta also.
The inside of my printer was a mess covered with ink.
Now I can no longer use my printer.
I emailed them and they said they can do nothing about the printer, but they can send me replacement cartridges.
What good are these to me if I lost the use of the printer?
They would issue a refund if I sent the ink back. I threw them out, because I already had one mess and didn't need another, seeing I had ink on the carpet, my clothes, and my hands.
Beware of getting your ink from them.
