I had to stay in Candlewood Suites for almost 2-months. When I checked-in to the hotel, the staff gave me the information notice about a free nights or double points offer. I enrolled for free nights after 12-days and When I called and asked the Customer Service, when I would get free nights? I was told that, I had to check out from the current hotel and stay in other IHG hotel then and I had to come back to stay in the same hotel, then only I would receive my free stay, what a SCAM.

Again when I called the customer service and asked to cancel the offer, I was told that it could not be canceled. Moreover, I would not be given the points for the initial 12-days of stay, before sign up for the free nights offcer. When I asked why, I was told to read the terms and conditions as mentioned in the office.
