I was called about being able to lower my interest rates on credit cards. The person that called (Brenda Hayes) said that they work directly with the credit card companies and can get rates lowered. I was told that they get on the line with me with the credit card companies (because they need my approval) and get my rates lowered. When I received my packet in the mail to fill out my information on what cards I want lowered it was a different company. I called my credit card companies myself to verify that they do work with these companies and was told they have never heard of them and if they could lower my rates they would because of my excellent credit rating. I called Priority Direct, got the run around, the people were very rude when I voiced my concern. To make a long story short, was told that I could not get a full refund beyond the 72 hr window states require for cancellations, because they guarantee the service over a lifetime and could try again down the road to lower the rates. But in the mean time gives you a payment schedule to pay your bills in hopes of paying them off earlier.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!
