I purchased a computer for Prithvi solutions last year (assembled desktop) & have had to deal with Jaydeep for all issues i had faced with the computer. My computer started making a sound while booting up since January 2007, so i called Jaydeep & he told me "fan main wire atak raha hoga". I explained that if thats the case why does it only make a sound while booting & that too only when it has been shut for over 4-5 hours. If i shut it now & boot it again, the sound is not there. After like 1000 calls & n number of arguments with Jaydeep, he finally send the engineer in June 2007 to check the issue. The engineer told me he is coming on Tuesday & hence i kept my PC shut on Monday & whole of Tuesday so that he could hear the sound when he came. I was not at all surprised that Tuesday & Wednesday had passed & the engineer did not come. I finally gave up & started my PC on Thursday & as luck had it he came on Thursday without calling. When i booted my PC ion front of him, obviously there was not sound & he gave me a very sarcastic smile. I exlianed the whole thing to him again. He finally got to work, opened the cabinet & closed it after 5 mins. He told me that there was a wire interfering with the fan & hence the sound. I knew he was faking but there was not much i could do about it & he was very rude too.

Next day when i booted it after keeping it shut the whole night, it made the same sound.

Now, the sound is there & i am not getting any display. I have been after Jaydeep to send an engineer for the past 2 weeks but no one has come.
