I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET INTO MY E-MAILS AND THEY KEEP SAYING MY USER NAME AND MY PSSWORD ARE INCORRECT. I CHANGED THEM AND STILL CANNOT GET IT. WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG

I wanted to update my Northern Internet on 10/01/08 I was charged $139.97 two days later the northern internet updating pop again . I thought that perphaps on 10-01/08 it did not take and I tried again. Then I was charged $129.97 and The Northern updated sign is still poping. I was charged twice and still The NOrthern Internet is not working. Can you please look into this matter and adjust this problem. I want The Northern Internet to be updated and I would like to get back one of the charges on my credit card. I hope to hear from you soon.

this number calls 5 or 6 times a day ...interupting my calls when I am on the phone and then when I answer it there is no one on the line...also same thing when I run to get the phone they have hung up...this is very annoying...and it happens 5-6 times a day ...I am on the DO NOT CALL list but somehow they seem to have got thru...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make them stop
