Was told by the post office woman that would be sent to the office. Had apt etc. Has to be the name of the street. Had zip. Now she heard me say I am not sure if I want to be here. Make a temporary visit. Kept walking by and she would stop me. Now It is the 18th and have not got my change of address form. She wrote them again. He got his change of address. The guy I am with picked up 2 more forms. In black marker it states How About Back water. Now I found her. She states she mailed them in. Told me it is on there part. This is mail.
