I have received many others such as this, telling me that I am a winner of such monies, And yes they do look very professional documents. The wording, the form and the complete letter claiming to be whom they say, is very convincing. I have in the passed, not knowing send the fee that they asked for, and never heard from them again. I don't know what can be done, only hope that by this reports people will stop responding to this types of scams. Thank You
