I received my proaction tablets on the 6th of June, but had money took out on the 15th june before my 14 day trial was up. On the 17th june i went to doctors and was taken off them due to some strong drugs i was put on. Tried to ring that night several times but was not answered. I therfore rang 20th to cancel my contract within the 14days, and was told to return the tablets. Since than have learn that 75 pound was taken out on the 15th. After then speaking on the 22nd was told that money comes out before the 14 days and they should recieve them back before that period is up, absoloutley ridiculas how do you know if a tablet is working in 7 days, because by the time you posted them back you cant get 14 days trial, what a con. Then i was told that if the product was returned within 21 days i should get a refund, and due to the fact that i have had to stop due to medical reasons this should be the case.
I was considereing going back on them maybe in the future, i certainley will not do and tell other people not to use them aswell.
