They are inexpensive but you can call them "Dry Cleaners from hell". My lined pants was cleaned in a high temperature that the top layer shrunk and the lining is now longer than the pants itself. They did the same thing with my husband's jacket and when we brought back the jacket, they said they will fix it. The workers or owner(s )(they don't want to reveal the owner's identity) said they will "order some chemicals" to fix it. We left the jacket there for about more than two weeks. When the time came to pick it up, nothing has been done and they insulted our intelligence by saying they fix it. They have destroyed at least 10 of my sweaters, colors faded and they all shrunk. Black becomes gray etc. Whenever I pick my clothes up, I never check them first - I only found out the damages when I wanted to wear one of the sweaters that they have supposedly cleaned. Be careful of these $1.29 cleaners!!! I did not go back there and start a case, they will not take responsibility, that is for sure. I just want to save my sanity by not dealing or even try tell them to pay for the damages although they are certainly liable.
