I have been trying to get a treadmill fixed for over three weeks. Customer Service stated that I needed to have a technician to come out and replace the part. I requested that the technician bring the part. This did not happen. The technician and I had a heated debate about the part not be broken. I guess the part being in two pieces is just not mcuh of a clue that the part was broken. The technician was to order the part and I was to replace it - no big deal except that the part never got ordered. After spending more than an hour being bounced around from one customer service representative to another, I have to have the technician come back out to see if the part is broken! what is it with you people? Are you trying to frustrate me enough that I will give up? Wrong answer!
