My sisters and I wanted to try out Proactiv. After the first box, we decided we didn't like it. Then, the Proactiv system kept on coming to our house. We kept on writing, "Return To Sender." I didn't know the account information to log onto the Proactiv website to cancel my account. One day I finally went online to find the Proactiv number to call in and cancel. The account was cancelled, but then another box came in the mail not long after I made the call. Therefore I went to the Post Office to send the package. I paid $6.20 to ship the package back to Des Moines, Iowa. I received a bill from Proactiv for $99. My mother called in and said that we already mailed the package back to them. I mailed it more than a month ago, on February 11th, 2011. When my mother called, they told my mother that they did not receive the package and they want us to pay the amount. I don't know what's going to happen next. It was my mistake for not getting a tracking number for the package.
